- We will assign you a client number that appears on all of your documentation. Your name and complete address will never display on any documentation.
- All copies of documents, photos and/or videos are given to you and no copies are kept by What’s Under Your Roof? without your written consent. We will only keep copies at your request for reasons associated with disaster recovery.
- Copies kept by What’s Under Your Roof? at your request are maintained on a secure, SSL encrypted server. No data is stored on office laptops, desktops or storage devices and physical copies are maintained.
- We will not disclose your use of What’s Under Your Roof? for advertising or marketing without your written consent.
- We will not disclose information related to your home or small business inventory to third parties such as insurance agents, law enforcement officials or claims specialists without your consent.
