The Inventory Our inventory will begin by discussing the participation of our client in the inventory process. We encourage our clients to be active in this process as their schedule and comfort level allows so that we can capture specific information for items such as the purchase price and include these details in the inventory. We will sign a non-disclosure form, at the client's request.
We will then begin capturing details of our client’s property in our home inventory software as well as taking digital pictures of each item recorded in the inventory as well as the exterior of our client’s home or business from all angles, the landscaping around the home or business and multiple images of each room and wall within the structure. Finally, we will review the information recorded with the client to make certain no items or details were overlooked.
The Delivery Every client will receive a log in and password to access their online inventory, as well as two years of free, secure online storage. All clients who choose our Comprehensive Package will also receive a printed Inventory Portfolio including color photographs as well as an electronic copy of the portfolio. The portfolio is beautifully designed in leather and includes color photographs, line item descriptions, valuations (if available) and copies of all important documents collected during the inventory process. The client will be asked to review the package and advise of any changes, edits or additions. The inventory package is typically available within 10 business days of the inventory appointment.
The Payment A 50% deposit is required at the beginning of the inventory appointment. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the inventory package.
