However, since creating a home inventory is a time-consuming task, it is often one that is put off until it is too late.  Hiring a professional inventory service ensures it will be completed right away and that it will be done right.  We have the experience and eye for detail necessary to create a comprehensive inventory for any home or small business owner.  Additionally, in the event of a claim, providing an inventory created by a third party adds credibility to the documentation and often requires less additional proof during the claim process.

What items do you include in a home inventory?
We will document all the personal property in your home including furniture, electronics, and clothing and will take special care to detail specialty items such as antiques, art, collections, musical instruments, imported carpets and wine collections.  Additionally, we will capture landscaping and fencing in our photographs, an important part of an inventory many may overlook.

What should I do to prepare for my home inventory appointment?

The time required to complete your inventory depends on the size of your home, the amount of specialty items such as collectibles and art in your home, as well as the level of detail you request.  After discussing these specific details with you we can provide you with a time estimate.
